 Photoshop CS3 Worth it?
Hi.
I recently downloaded the 30 day trial of Photoshop CS3 to see if it is any better than CS2. I haven't had much time to test it so I don't really know what to think.
What are your views on it and do you think that it is worth paying to upgrade for CS2 to CS3?

Yes, I do! I absolutely love CS3, mainly because of it's better organisation of the modules on the side.

i just recently upgraded from CS2 to CS3.
yes, i do like the basic layout better, but that alone would not be enough reason to buy CS3 if you already have CS2, and CS2 can do pretty much everything CS3 can. except for a couple of advanced functions in CS3 Extended, those that almost nobody will ever use

CS3, is worth it if you like it and enjoy it, not hating yourself for the money you spent on it!

I use CS3 but it was provided free by my job, if I had CS2 and had to pay for the upgrade I wouldn't.

yes i can say its worth it.Especially with new features .I haven't installed cs4 beta thou. Am a member of beta testing team

CS3 is worth the upgrade but if you aren't doing anything commercial than I would stick with CS2 since there isn't much of change other than some additions that only benefit commercial work.

mmmh if you need to pay i wouldn't upgrade but i'm not a andanced user so i don't know realy what the diefference is between cs2 and cs3

 Lucky you! XD I use Photoshop CS, Photoshop is getting more expensive when new versions come out.

but people say photoshop 7 is the best ever produced by Adobe.I think it depends upon the individual to individual.Personally i like cs3 a lot.
