I personally use vlc media player as it can play any type of media file.what abt u??

I like Winamp cause i mostly listen to mp3's and if i listen to some weird format then i switch to something like VLC. Winamp is also great cause i can install plugins, for example i installed this great sound enhancer called SoundFX. The sound is so much better that i can't describe it with words, you will just have to try it out.

I use Mpc Star media player which is light weight and plays every video which also plays no where else. Very good s/w..also i'm seeing movies in it. ma next option is media player classic which i felt some times makes things slow.

I use mostly the VLC media player.It plays most of the media files.Apart from that I use the media player classic and FLV player for playing FLV files.Windows and media player and real player I never use.

There are many such softwares available that are light weight and can play every media file.Just search for media players and u will get many options in the google search.

I use Windows media player to listen to MP3's, I like the function that when I minimize it, a mini player displays on the task bar. But for movies I always use VLC media player.. it plays anything without any codecs. I simply love it.

I'm using Winamp and VLC player.
Winamp is for playing music like mp3, wma, cd, m3u, etc.
And VLC is used to play video files like .flv, .mp4, .3gp
Windows media player 9 is used for big video files like mpeg, wmv, avi.

I use vlc media player for the video files and winamp for all the mp3 files.

i have been using windows media player as well as Vlc media player both. but vlc i feel more comfortable with.

I think window media player is the best i have used other but i like only WMP

personally, i'm using winamp because my windows media player uses too much resources.

PS, i'm usually listen to mp3 so it really count if it would consumes as few resources as possible ^__^`
